Thank you for shopping with Patria y Vida Store. Each order is handled with care, and we want you to feel confident when purchasing from us.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 15 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unused
- In the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging, when applicable
Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, odors, or alteration will not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Items marked “Final Sale”
- Items damaged due to customer handling, wear, or misuse
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for sizing issues when inventory is available. If you need a different size, please contact us via your shop page within 15 days of delivery.
If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer store credit or a refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at via your shop page within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item
- A photo of the packaging, if applicable
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your request and work to make it right.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
